To maintain a safe, trustworthy, and high-quality environment, this User Policy applies to all users, including customers (buyers) and vendors (sellers).

Section 1: Customer Policy (Buyers)

1.1 Account Registration

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activities under your account.

1.2 Purchases

  • Review product details and seller policies carefully before placing an order.
  • All purchases are final unless the vendor’s return or refund policy applies.

1.3 Payments

  • Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.
  • Zoing.Store does not store or handle payment card details.

1.4 Returns & Refunds

  • Returns and refunds are managed directly by the individual vendors based on their published policies.
  • If the vendor does not respond within 7 days, Zoing.Store may assist with mediation.

1.5 Prohibited Behavior

Customers must not:

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse vendors or other users.
  • Attempt to scam, defraud, or deceive sellers.
  • Post misleading, false, or abusive reviews or comments.

1.6 Disputes

  • Contact the vendor first in case of any issues with orders or products.
  • If unresolved, Zoing.Store may intervene as a neutral mediator but is not obligated to resolve every dispute.

Section 2: Vendor Policy (Sellers)

2.1 Vendor Eligibility

  • Vendors must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to sell goods or services in their jurisdiction.
  • Compliance with all applicable local, state, and international laws is mandatory.

2.2 Product Listings

  • Listings must be accurate, clear, and not misleading.
  • Vendors are prohibited from listing counterfeit, illegal, or restricted items.
  • Products must be shipped as described within the stated timelines.

2.3 Fees and Commissions

  • Zoing.Store charges commission fees on sales according to the vendor’s selected pricing plan.
  • Optional promotional services may incur additional fees.

2.4 Shipping and Fulfillment

  • Vendors are responsible for timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide tracking numbers when applicable.
  • Notify buyers promptly if there are delays or issues.

2.5 Customer Service

  • Vendors must respond to customer inquiries within 48 hours.
  • Maintain professionalism and aim for dispute-free transactions.

2.6 Refunds and Returns

  • Vendors must clearly state their return/refund policy on their shop pages.
  • Refunds should be processed promptly if eligible per policy.

2.7 Prohibited Behavior

Vendors must not:

  • Sell prohibited or stolen items.
  • Attempt off-platform transactions to avoid fees or commissions.
  • Post fraudulent content or manipulate reviews.

2.8 Account Approval and Product Publishing

  • New vendor accounts require admin review and approval before selling rights are granted.
  • Product uploads require manual admin review and approval before publishing.

2.9 Termination

  • Zoing.Store may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for policy violations, poor customer service, unethical conduct, or repeated complaints.

Section 3: General Platform Guidelines

3.1 User Conduct

  • All users must treat others respectfully and use the platform lawfully.
  • Avoid discriminatory, harmful, misleading, or abusive content.

3.2 Data Privacy

  • User data is handled as outlined in the Privacy Policy. Zoing.Store does not sell personal information to third parties.

3.3 Platform Liability

  • Zoing.Store acts as a facilitator and is not a party to transactions between customers and vendors.
  • The platform does not guarantee product quality, legality, delivery, or vendor reliability.
