7. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Zoing.Store (design, branding, logos, etc.) belongs to Zoing.Store or its licensors.
  • Vendors retain ownership of their content but grant Zoing.Store a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and promote it.

  • Zoing.Store is not a party to transactions between vendors and buyers.
  • We encourage direct communication to resolve disputes.
  • In cases of unresolved issues, Zoing.Store may intervene at its discretion but is not obligated to mediate or compensate either party.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts:

  • For violations of these Terms.
  • Upon receipt of valid legal complaints.
  • Due to repeated customer complaints or fraud.
    You will be notified in such cases unless prohibited by law.
